Integra are finalists in 2008 National Estate Agent of the Year Awards

Integra Property Services have, following their success in being voted best estate agent in Buckinghamshire in 2006, had confirmation that they are one of ten finalists in the enlarged Southern Region (North and South Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire) of the 2008 Awards. The winner of each regional award goes on to contest the Grand Prix national award. The winners will be announced at a gala lunch on April 8th at the Marriott Hotel in London’s Grosvenor Square.

 

“As the only finalist from South Buckinghamshire we already know that we have at least equalled our success in 2006 but are naturally hoping to go even better this time against a greater volume of competition from a wider geographic territory” said Michael Day, Managing Director of Integra.

 

The Estate Agent of the Year Awards are sponsored by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), The Negotiator magazine, the Findaproperty website and the Property Search Group (PSG) and are based entirely on feedback from customers and so truly reflect the quality of service and performance of each estate agent.

 

Michael Day added, “Naturally I am delighted that Integra have achieved a position amongst the elite of UK estate agency having opened our business in the summer of 2004 on a mission based on delivering the finest range of integrated estate agency services in terms of professionalism, speed and customer service. Being a previous winner and finalists again this year is an opportunity for us to benchmark ourselves against the very best in the industry.

 

Our achievements to date are also testament to how the Integra team is delivering on our mission and I would also like to thank our customers for taking the time and trouble to complete the entry questionnaires that have led to us being made finalists.

 

Obviously we hope to actually pick up a Gold or Silver award on 8th April but our customers can rest assured that we are constantly looking to improve and build on our service delivery irrespective of whatever award successes come our way.”
