Integra Property Services are pleased to announce the launch of their new residential lettings service.

Integra’s Residential Lettings will from 1^st February 2008 fully operate under the Integra brand with Ash Residential Property Management providing all of the specialised “back room” administration and management services such as tenant referencing, rent collection, deposit management, inventories, safety checks etc.

Integra’s Managing Director Michael Day said “We have been successfully working with Ash during 2007 and have now decided to step up our involvement in the residential lettings market utilising the strengths of our partnership for the benefit of both landlords and tenants.

Integra are renowned for their innovative marketing and we will now be bringing this to bear on residential lettings, using floor-plans, virtual tours and full property details in order to better showcase landlord’s properties. In addition, our internet coverage will provide prospective tenants with information on local schools, transport and other amenities, as we do already with property for sale.

As members of the RICS, NAEA, Guild of Professional Estate Agents and Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents , customers are already assured as to the professionalism and quality of Integra Property Services and Ash Residential Property Management are lettings management specialists and members of the National Approved Lettings Scheme and the Ombudsman Scheme for Lettings, giving complete peace of mind to landlords and tenants alike.”
