Integra Property Services are pleased to announce that Senior Residential Executive Tom Day has recently qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). This qualification enables Tom to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) which give a property an energy efficiency rating of between A to G, and are an integral part of Home Information Packs (HIP).

Integra’s Managing Director Michael Day has been a qualified DEA since June 2007 and the addition of Tom to Integra’s DEA team provides the company with the ability to produce HIPs for their clients in the most cost effective and timely manner.

Tom Day said “We usually produce the EPC within 2 working days and this, coupled with our market leading HIP proposition, means that our clients are able to take advantage of Integra’s award winning and completely integrated approach to selling.
