August 1^st sees the Integra Property Services estate agency celebrate their third anniversary and this also coincides with the introduction of Home Information Packs.

Managing Director Michael Day said “It is always nice to celebrate an anniversary and it is great that we have been able to grow and build our business so successfully over the last three years by introducing many innovative marketing ideas and by concentrating on delivering top quality customer service and performance”.

Home Information Packs are now being phased in from August 1^st with four bedroom plus properties being the first to require a Pack to be in place with other property types due to be phased in at unspecified future dates.

Michael Day added “Integra employ our own qualified Domestic Energy Assessors in order to produce the required Energy Performance Certificates and we will be offering free Home Information Packs and conveyancing within our sole agency fee structure.”

During the last three years Integra have achieved Investors in People accreditation, have been selected as the local member of the Guild of Professional Estate Agents and were voted the top Estate Agent in Buckinghamshire in the 2006 Estate Agent of the Year Awards. In addition, in 2007 they entered into a partnership with Ash Lettings in order to provide a full range of residential lettings services to complement the existing sales services.

All of Integra’s full time staff hold industry qualifications and the company is a member of the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents who have carried out an independent customer satisfaction survey in which Integra scored an impressive 9.9 out of 10.
