Integra - A truly HIP agent!!!
As part of their mission of delivering the finest range of integrated estate agency services in terms of professionalism, speed and customer service, Integra have announced that they will be including Home Information Pack production within their competitive sole agency fees. Managing Director Michael Day said “Instructing Integra means that we can provide the Home Information Pack, full marketing, negotiation and handling of your sale and the legal conveyancing within our single inclusive fee. All of which is provided on a no move, no fee basis. In simple terms, we look after you from start to finish and you only pay when you move – simple!!” Integra will also offer a menu option for those who wish to have the HIP, conveyancing and estate agency arrangements handled separately but Mr Day feels that the simplicity and cost effectiveness of the inclusive offering is a real winner. “Whatever your thoughts on the merits or otherwise of Home Information Packs, the fact is that after June 1st they are a mandatory part of the selling process. The Integra business was established on the basis of the integration of the various component parts and we have successfully been including conveyancing within our sales proposition for the last three years. It is a simple step for us to add Home Information Pack production into the equation as well.” Integra employ their own Domestic Energy Assessors to handle the production of Energy Performance Certificates and this is a key factor in terms of both price and speed of delivery. Speed of delivery will be a crucial factor as a property will not be able to be marketed unless a Home Information Pack is in place. Integra were voted the best estate agent in Buckinghamshire in the 2006 Estate Agent of the Year Awards and recently scored 9.9 out of 10 in an independent customer service survey carried out by the Ombudsman Scheme.
